This Haysboro home transformation is Outstanding! The combination of Arctic White Smooth Board and Battens with the James Hardie Night Grey Cedarmill Lap Siding creates a striking contrast. Adding the Azek porch with glass railings will definitely enhance the modern look. Can’t wait to see the finished project!

This home in Silver Springs has a stunning transformation! The new timber roof on the front porch adds a lot of character, while the James Hardie Rich Espresso siding paired with Royal Clay trim creates a beautiful contrast. Removing the old deck and upgrading the entry doors will certainly enhance the functionality and style. It’s amazing how these renovations can turn a hum drum home into a standout masterpiece!

This homes curb appeal has been elevated by this exterior makeover! With new windows and doors, along with updated soffit, fascia, and eavestroughs, the house looks fresh and inviting. A real character change for this home in Silver Springs. New front elevation added along with Rich Espresso James Hardie Lap siding and Royal Clay Trim that will give it a more modern moody look. Will certainly need to be seen to be appreciated.

We are peeling off the old layers of this home in the SE Calgary community of Sundance. The transformation from stucco to James Hardie Siding and Board & Batten is an unbelievable make over!! You have to see it to believe it, just wait for the reveal.

Change is unraveling in Canyon Meadows. We are just about to complete this exterior renovation with James Hardie 8.25-inch cedarmill plank in Timberbark and Arcitc white openings trim. We also installed new custom-bent metal cap flashing, a new deck, and windows. Stay Tuned!

Now happening in the community of Southland! This home has received 9 new North Star windows and 2 new North Star doors. We added exterior insulation panels, followed by James Hardie Lap siding in the colour Timberbark. The front entry nook was done with James Hardie Cobblestone 16-inch Board & Batten. Last but not least, we installed herringbone coloured vented metal soffits, framed by black metal fascia, eavestrough and downpipe.

Exterior Renovation happening near you! We have installed new IKO Class 4 impact resistant roof, a 12-inch metal snap lock roof section, soffit, fascia, eavestrough and of course, siding. What was vinyl is now a timely combination of James Hardie horizontal plank and vertical board & batten siding in the colour Grey Slate. The trims are James Hardie smooth, Iron Grey. We love the additional shadow-board trim at the soffit line and base trim to frame this house nicely.

We are renovating in the SE community of Deer Ridge and this is one project you will not be able to take your eyes off of!! From a blend into the background color to bright this bungalow will now be boasting James Hardie Cobble Stone Lap siding and Khaki Brown trim. Truly will be a sight to behold. Another project is having its layers peeled off in the SW community of Wildwood. Old stucco and vinyl siding have been removed and are awaiting being dressed up with James Hardie Board & Batten and Lap Siding in Aged Pewter, Royal Cashmere soft metals, and new grey parging. A few new North Star windows and new North Star entry doors as well. Going to look real shiny and new, come on out and check out the renovation!!
