Since its inception in 1991, S.I.S. has built its reputation on customer satisfaction and quality workmanship. S.I.S. focuses on full exterior finishing projects including windows, doors, siding, stucco, and stone for Calgary homes, condos and apartment buildings. In addition, S.I.S. has the expertise to complete full size custom and commercial framing projects as well as being a leader in commercial exterior cladding and architectural paneling applications.

We have a large selection of design options available including James Hardie siding (which is a fiber cement product that is hail, fire and insect resistant), vinyl, stucco, stone, decks, soffit, fascia, eaves trough and trim. James Hardie Siding Products has granted S.I.S. a “Preferred Installer” Status which is proof that S.I.S. is a top performing installation contractor of James Hardie siding products in Calgary.

S.I.S. has its very own showroom. We have an extremely large selection of premium products for you to choose from including a wide array of siding from various manufacturers; a large range of stone and slate options as well as our North Star and Portatec windows and doors.

Our Renovation Consultants are knowledgeable in all aspects of the construction industry. They will provide you with various design options to enhance the curb appeal of your home as well as providing a free written estimate for all quotations detailing what is to be done and what specific products will be used. Computer Automated Drawings of your home with different siding options is also available to you.

S.I.S. is a Renomark renovator, a Window Wise Certified window installer and has been in business in Calgary since 1991. What this means is that we stand behind our work with a five year workmanship warranty, in addition to other warranties offered by our manufacturing partners, and will take care of any service issues that arise in a timely fashion.

S.I.S. has built a reputation for quality, precision and reliability with general contractors including PCL Construction Management, Hopewell Residential, Ledcor, Clark Builders and Britgary Properties. These industry leaders have trusted S.I.S. to manage and complete the framing of a wide range of light commercial and residential structures.

S.I.S. has the experienced crews and equipment to handle any size and style of wooden structure including: The Mahogany Community Centre, the Heritage Block and Gasoline Alley at Heritage Park, Destination Africa at the Calgary Zoo, multi-family buildings such as the 130-unit Red Haus Condominium Development in Royal Oak and the 300-unit Newport Landing Townhomes in Coventry Hills, the Marriot Residence Inn and Holiday Inn Express Calgary, many Boston Pizzas, Tim Horton’s & Wendy’s, as well as numerous churches and various sized residential & custom homes. In addition to supplying and installing complete framing projects, S.I.S. also offers the option of supplying labour only.

We install various types of commercial paneling in a range of applications including Insulated Metal Panels, Composite Architectural Cladding including (Phenolic Panels with both exposed and concealed fasteners, Stone Composite Panels and Aluminum Composite Panels) as well as the installation of Profiled Metal Cladding.
